BEST is a non-profit organisation, based in The Netherlands, with members from: - International transport organisations, which represent the different modes of transport and their interests. - Associations, organisations and individual companies in the European transport sector. - Organisations of shippers and other directly involved representatives of parties dealing with transport. - Governments or semi-governmental organisations directly dealing with transport information. - International EDI-organisations at which an important part of the transport sector is represented. BEST is financed by yearly contributions from its members.
